The 2012 Advanced ELENA course on Generalized Violence, Armed Conflict and the need for International Protection will take place on 4-6 May in AC Bologna in Bologna Italy. The course is organised by the European Council on Refugees and Exiles (ECRE).
Besides it being a very interesting course, we want to highlight it because the European Asylum Support Office is represented through one of the speakers: Mr. Nino Hartl from EASO will be one of the contributors in a panel discussion regarding the assessment of Country of Origin Information.
Nino Hartl is the EASO focal point for Country of Origin Information and assists the Executive Director in setting up the COI functions of EASO.
Unfortunately registration for the course is closed. The ones lucky and fast enough to have secured a seat should definitely have some interesting training and discussions to look forward to.
Any documentation/information from Hartl's presentation would be greatly appreciated!
